Technology
We realize that implementing and managing your group benefits is a time-consuming process. Aries uses an automated enrollment system where your employees can login to a secure website and enter in their information. Once all employees complete their enrollments, the system sends enrollments directly to the carriers. The carriers review the employee enrollments and provide offers to your company. We also provide a complementary Human Resources Information System (HRIS) to our group clients that offer supplemental benefits to their employees. The HRIS system enables groups to hire and terminate employees, update contact information, and manage benefits and payroll deductions.
